Help · FWDS Pick
If FWDS Pick has stopped
Every message that stops the app carries a code. Find yours below for what it means, what to do, and whether your work is safe. It nearly always is.
Pick runs in a browser, so it has none of the offline or per-computer messages the desktop apps have. And if your studio plan lapses, couples already choosing their photographs carry on as normal — their gallery keeps working and they see nothing.
Your free trial has ended
The ten free days are used up. Nothing has gone wrong.
What to do
- 01Choose a plan on the pricing page, or message us and we will set it up.
- 02Sign in with the same email and the app opens again straight away.
Your work: Everything you made during the trial is still on your computer, exactly where you left it.
Your plan has ended
The subscription ran to its end date and was not renewed.
What to do
- 01Renew on the pricing page, or message us.
- 02The app opens again as soon as the payment clears — there is nothing to reinstall.
Your work: Every album, profile and file you made is untouched. Ending a plan never deletes work.
There is a problem with your last payment
A renewal was refused — an expired card, a bank that declined it, or a mandate that needs approving again. Your plan has not been cancelled.
What to do
- 01Check the card on file has not expired, and that the bank has not blocked the automatic payment.
- 02Once the payment goes through, the app switches back on by itself. You do not need to do anything else.
- 03If the payment looks fine at your end, message us and quote this code.
Your work: This is not an ended plan and it is not a cancellation. Nothing of yours has been touched.
This studio account has been paused
We have paused this account by hand. This is not automatic and not a payment failure.
What to do
- 01Message us and we will tell you why and sort it out.
Your work: Nothing has been deleted.
Your free account is full at 3,000 photographs
A free FWDS Pick registration holds 3,000 photographs altogether. This one is at that number, so the next upload has nowhere to go. Nothing has gone wrong.
What to do
- 01Take a plan on the pricing page and the limit goes away. The photographs already uploaded stay exactly where they are.
- 02Or delete a wedding that is finished with, which frees its photographs for the next one.
Your work: Everything already uploaded is still there, and every couple already choosing carries on as normal.
A free account holds 2 weddings
A free FWDS Pick registration holds two weddings at a time. This one already has two, so a third cannot be started. Nothing has gone wrong.
What to do
- 01Take a plan on the pricing page and you can run as many weddings at once as you like.
- 02Or delete a wedding once the couple have sent their selection back to you.
Your work: Both weddings you already have are untouched, and their galleries keep working.
Still stuck
Message us on WhatsApp or write to support@filmweddingdays.com. Quote the code — it tells us in one word what happened, so you will not be asked to explain it twice.
