We do not retouch
Skin work is a different problem from style, and doing it badly is worse than not doing it. Tone matches your edit; it does not smooth anybody’s face.
About
FWDS Flow comes out of Film Wedding Days, a wedding photography and film studio in Tamil Nadu. We are not a software company that researched this market. We are the studio that kept losing the week after the wedding.
The pattern was always the same. The shoot goes well. Then a thousand RAW files need editing in a style the couple already saw in our sample album. Then four hours of footage needs a first cut. Then a forty-sheet album needs laying out, and then finishing in Photoshop, frame by frame. None of it is creative work. All of it is the difference between delivering in three weeks and delivering in three months.
We bought what was on the market. One tool culled and edited photos but had nothing to say about video. Another laid out albums beautifully and charged separately for proofing. Two subscriptions, two logins, two renewal dates, and a gap in the middle exactly where our hardest week was.
So we built the five apps ourselves, one at a time, in the order they hurt: the album designer first, because that was the immediate bleeding; the Photoshop panel next, because the album still needed finishing; then the photo editor, trained on our own back catalogue; then the film editor, which is the one nobody else was even attempting; and last the client gallery, because by then the only part still running on email was the couple choosing their own photographs.
Every one of them shipped internally long before it was offered to anybody. That is the whole credential. When something in FWDS Flow is slow or wrong, it is slow or wrong on our weddings too, and it gets fixed for the same selfish reason you would fix it.
Measured in-house
At Film Wedding Days, a wedding film that took 6 days to cut now takes 1. FWDS Cut builds the first assembly. You finish the edit.
Six weddings tested. One 4-hour 28-minute file went from six days to one. Your own footage and your own habits will land somewhere of their own. This is the result we measured, not a number we are promising you.
What we don’t do
Skin work is a different problem from style, and doing it badly is worse than not doing it. Tone matches your edit; it does not smooth anybody’s face.
Tone was built editing-only on purpose. Choosing which frames survive is a judgement we did not want to automate, and the tools that do it are already good.
It builds a first assembly and it is genuinely useful, but it is macOS only, and it has been trained on six weddings, not six hundred.
Next step
Ten days, your own wedding, your own footage. If it does not save you the week it saves us, tell us why. That is more useful to us than the sale.
