Help · FWDS Leaflo
If FWDS Leaflo has stopped
Every message that stops the app carries a code. Find yours below for what it means, what to do, and whether your work is safe. It nearly always is.
Your free trial has ended
The ten free days are used up. Nothing has gone wrong.
What to do
- 01Choose a plan on the pricing page, or message us and we will set it up.
- 02Sign in with the same email and the app opens again straight away.
Your work: Everything you made during the trial is still on your computer, exactly where you left it.
This computer has already had its free trial
The free trial belongs to the computer, not to the email address. This machine has already had its ten days, under this account or another one.
What to do
- 01A new email address will not give this computer another ten days. That is the one thing worth saying plainly, because it is the next thing most people try.
- 02Choose a plan, and it works on this computer immediately.
Your work: Nothing has been deleted, and a paid plan works on this machine perfectly.
Your plan has ended
The subscription ran to its end date and was not renewed.
What to do
- 01Renew on the pricing page, or message us.
- 02The app opens again as soon as the payment clears — there is nothing to reinstall.
Your work: Every album, profile and file you made is untouched. Ending a plan never deletes work.
There is a problem with your last payment
A renewal was refused — an expired card, a bank that declined it, or a mandate that needs approving again. Your plan has not been cancelled.
What to do
- 01Check the card on file has not expired, and that the bank has not blocked the automatic payment.
- 02Once the payment goes through, the app switches back on by itself. You do not need to do anything else.
- 03If the payment looks fine at your end, message us and quote this code.
Your work: This is not an ended plan and it is not a cancellation. Nothing of yours has been touched.
Please connect to the internet
The computer's own date and time are wrong, or were changed. The app cannot tell how long it has been since it last checked, so it asks rather than guesses.
What to do
- 01Set the computer's date, time and time zone correctly — on most machines, turning on 'set automatically' is enough.
- 02Connect to the internet once and reopen the app.
- 03If this keeps coming back, the small battery inside the computer that keeps its clock may be flat. A repair shop can replace it.
Your work: Your work is on your computer and is not affected by any of this.
Please connect to the internet
The app has been offline longer than it is allowed to go without checking. This is the ordinary one — a shoot away from a signal, or a laptop that has been shut for a while.
What to do
- 01Connect to the internet once and reopen the app. It checks in the background and carries on.
- 02You do not need to sign in again.
Your work: Nothing is lost. The app is asking a question, not refusing you.
Please connect to the internet
The licence file on this computer did not pass its own check. Usually it was copied here from another machine, or a backup tool restored an old copy of it.
What to do
- 01Sign in again. That replaces the file and is normally the whole fix.
- 02If you did not copy anything and this keeps happening, message us and quote this code — we would like to know.
Your work: This is about one small licence file, not about your albums, profiles or photographs.
Please connect to the internet
The dates on your plan have run out and the app has not been able to check whether it renewed. If your subscription is running normally it almost certainly HAS renewed — the app simply has not been able to ask.
What to do
- 01Connect to the internet once and reopen the app. It checks in the background and carries on.
- 02A phone hotspot for a few seconds is enough. You do not need to sign in again.
- 03If it still says this once you are online, your plan really has ended — open your account page to start it again.
Your work: Your photographs, projects and settings are all on your computer and are not touched by this.
Please connect to the internet
During the free trial, the app checks in with us once each time it opens, so the trial days are counted by our clock and not the computer's. It could not reach us just now.
What to do
- 01Connect to the internet and press Check again (in Cut the button says Try again). A phone hotspot for a few seconds is enough.
- 02Once it has checked in, you can go offline again for the rest of that session.
- 03Paid plans do not need this — they work offline for up to seven days at a time.
Your work: Your trial days, photographs and projects are all still there. Nothing has been used up or deleted.
This is one computer too many
You are signed in on more computers than your plan allows: one on a monthly plan or a trial, two on a yearly or two-year plan. Your plan is fine — this is only about how many machines are using it.
What to do
- 01Sign out inside the app on a computer you are not using, or from your account page on the website.
- 02Then sign in here. You can move between your machines as often as you like.
- 03To use two computers at once, take the plan yearly or for two years.
Your work: Your plan is active and nothing of yours has been touched.
That link did not come from this app
The sign-in that came back from the browser did not match the one this app started. Most often the browser had an older sign-in page still open, and that one was used.
What to do
- 01Close any FWDS sign-in tabs still open in the browser.
- 02Press Sign in again in the app, and use the page that opens.
Your work: Nothing was signed in and nothing was changed. It is safe to simply try again.
Could not finish signing in
The sign-in reached the last step and did not complete. Usually the internet dropped for a moment, or it took more than a minute between opening the page and finishing.
What to do
- 01Press Sign in again and finish the page without leaving it open too long — the link is only good for a minute.
- 02If it happens three times in a row, message us and quote this code.
Your work: Nothing was half-done. Signing in either finishes or it does not.
Still stuck
Message us on WhatsApp or write to support@filmweddingdays.com. Quote the code — it tells us in one word what happened, so you will not be asked to explain it twice.
